PartnerStandard

Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-25

Important: please read carefully. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Bernhard Friedrichs, a sole proprietor (autónomo) registered in Spain with tax ID ESX7526216H and business address at Cowork Up! Puerta del Mar, C/ Cronista Carreres 10, Bajo, 46003 València, Spain, trading as PartnerStandard ("we", "us", "our"). By signing in to the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please note:

1. Definitions

  • "Service" means the PartnerStandard Program Designer web app at program.partnerstandard.com and related features.
  • "User" means a person who signs in to the Service with a Google or a Notion account.
  • "Your Content" means the information you keep with the Service in your Google Drive or Notion workspace, and anything else you add to it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is meant for business use. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation to these Terms.

2.2 Signing in. You sign in with a Google account or a Notion account.

2.3 Account security. You are responsible for your Google or Notion account and for everything done through your account in the Service. Tell us promptly at hello@partnerstandard.com if you think someone has misused it.

3. Free service and future paid plans

3.1 Free today. The Service is currently free of charge. We do not collect payment details.

3.2 Paid plans later. We may introduce paid plans or paid features in the future. If we do, we will tell Users at least 30 days in advance and show prices and terms before you agree. You will never be charged unless you actively choose a paid plan.

3.3 Changes to free features. We may change what the free Service includes. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce it.

4. Your content

4.1 Ownership. You keep all rights in Your Content. We do not claim ownership of it.

4.2 Where it lives. Your Content is stored in your Google Drive or Notion workspace, not on our servers. Our database holds only the records described in our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Licence to operate the Service. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. This includes reading and writing the files and pages the Service keeps for you. The licence ends when you delete your account.

4.4 No sale, no training. We do not sell Your Content. We do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

4.5 Aggregated information. We may use aggregated counts that do not identify you, such as the number of active Users, to run, secure and improve the Service.

5. Your Google Drive or Notion workspace

5.1 Your permission. By signing in, you allow the Service to create and edit files in your Google Drive, or pages and databases in your Notion workspace, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw this permission at any time on Google’s Third-party connections page or in Notion under Settings → Connections. Other PartnerStandard tools use the same Google sign-in and the same Notion connection, so removing access removes it for them too. The Service then stops working with your files.

5.2 Your files are normal files. You can open, edit, share, move or delete them outside the Service. The Service follows those changes where it can. If you delete or rename what the Service relies on, some of your work may no longer work in the Service.

5.3 Sharing outside the Service. If you share your files or pages directly in Google Drive or Notion, that sharing is under your control and the provider’s terms, not ours.

5.4 Provider availability. The Service depends on Google and Notion. We are not responsible when Google’s or Notion’s services, your quota or your organisation’s settings stop the Service from reaching your files.

5.5 Backups. Your files and pages are your record. Keep your own backups if you need them. We cannot restore anything that was changed or deleted in your Google Drive or Notion workspace.

6. Acceptable use

6.1 Lawful use. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

6.2 Prohibited activities. You must not:

  • (a) try to get around rate limits or permission checks;
  • (b) access content that is not yours, or use someone else’s account;
  • (c) reverse engineer, copy or scrape the Service itself, except where the law allows it;
  • (d) use the Service to harass, mislead or defame anyone;
  • (e) upload malicious code;
  • (f) impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a company;
  • (g) probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • (h) overload the Service or interfere with other users.

6.3 Confidential information. By adding information to the Service, you confirm that this does not breach any confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement or other duty you owe to someone else.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including Google, Notion, Vercel and Turso. Their own terms apply to your use of them. A reference to a third party does not mean we endorse it.

8. Service availability

8.1 No service level. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not promise any level of uptime or support response time. The Service is provided without a service level agreement.

8.2 Maintenance and interruptions. The Service may be unavailable at times, for example for maintenance, updates, provider outages or reasons outside our control.

8.3 Support. We provide support by email at hello@partnerstandard.com, on a reasonable-effort basis.

9. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially harm Users, where we can. If we decide to shut down the Service, we will tell Users at least 30 days in advance. Your files and pages stay in your Google Drive or Notion workspace.

10. Suspension and termination

10.1 By us. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, after prolonged inactivity, or where the law requires it. Where practical, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

10.2 By you. You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account in the app’s settings or by emailing hello@partnerstandard.com.

10.3 What happens next. When an account ends, we delete the data we hold about it as described in our Privacy Policy. Your files and pages stay in your Google Drive or Notion workspace and remain yours. Sections 4.1, 6.3 and 12 to 19 continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell Users about material changes in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date of an update, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, text and methodology content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to them, except to use the Service as these Terms allow. PartnerStandard® is a registered trademark in Germany. You may not use our names or logos without our written permission.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • (a) Your Content;
  • (b) your breach of these Terms;
  • (c) your breach of any confidentiality, non-disclosure or other contractual duty to a third party;
  • (d) your violation of any law.

14. Warranties and disclaimers

14.1 "As is". The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

14.2 No guarantee. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that every change will be saved.

14.3 Estimates, not a promise. The numbers in a programme are estimates. They are calculated from the figures you enter, and the Service does not promise any revenue, saving or result for you or for a partner. You are responsible for the figures you enter and for how you present them.

14.4 What you publish. The Service does not publish anything for you. The Program Sheet and the public page text are yours to copy and use. You are responsible for what you publish and for what you promise partners.

15. Limitation of liability

15.1 Excluded damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

15.2 Maximum liability. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15.3 Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Content disputes

16.1 Notices. If you believe content in the Service violates your rights, write to hello@partnerstandard.com and include (a) the content concerned, (b) the right you believe is violated and (c) supporting evidence.

16.2 Our response. We review notices in good faith and respond within 30 days. Because content is stored in Users’ own Google Drive or Notion workspace, we may forward your notice to the User. We may restrict access to the content through the Service based on our assessment.

17. Dispute resolution

17.1 Talk to us first. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Please write to hello@partnerstandard.com.

17.2 Time limit. Claims must be brought within one year of when they arose, except where the law requires a longer period.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

18.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you act as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.

18.2 Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of València, Spain, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

19. General provisions

19.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Imprint, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.

19.2 Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.

19.3 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We will tell Users if this happens.

19.4 Waiver. A waiver is effective only in writing.

19.5 Notices. Send notices to us at hello@partnerstandard.com. We show notices to you in the Service, or write to the email address of your account.

19.6 Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails, unless the law requires otherwise.
